This is a non-commercial social and cultural project with the goal of promoting tolerance and values of diversity, introducing queer culture to the city, and attracting society’s attention to the problems of homophobia, xenophobia and other forms of discrimination.
As from July 19, visa application for the Netherlands (Schengen) can be submitted at the Consulate General of Poland in Kaliningrad
From April 5th 2010 visa applicants have to use the new visa application form.
The EU member states have agreed that passports will now include the holder’s fingerprints. This means that when you apply for a new passport, you must let your fingerprints be taken. Starting 21 September 2009, all new Dutch passsports and ID cards must include the holder's fingerprints.
The Consular Section of the Consulate General of the Netherlands is open from Monday to Friday (except Dutch and Russian national holidays) 10:00 to 12:30 hours.
